Encouraging and equipping
Christian scholars to flourish and be
a redeeming influence among the people,
ideas and structures of higher education.
Welcome to InterVarsity’s new faculty ministry. Together we explore faith… and life, vocation, and campus engagement with the Good News of Jesus Christ.
Faculty communities of faith on St. Cloud campuses are designed to be formational, both for the mind and the soul.
Please join other faculty and staff for a weekly brown-bag prayer lunch each Tuesday September–May: in the Columbine room of Atwood Memorial Center at 12 pm. Come any week you are able! Forward a special invitation to colleagues on campus…
Each week, a Faculty-Staff Ministry bulletin is sent via email and posted online to connect colleagues in common thought, scripture reading, and prayer. Responses and conversation to engage one another are welcome.
Toward the end of the semester, an Academia & Faith Book Reception is hosted to engage both mind and soul with a selection of academic releases and recommended faculty-staff favorites from publishers including InterVarsity Press, Baker Books, Zondervan, and more.
Additional prayer lunches, scripture or book studies, or academy+faith forums need only to be requested. Contact Kirsten with your suggestion of time, topic or book. Perhaps we can begin the conversation over Caribou coffee or Bruegger’s?
