Tailgate Lunch (K Lot near Husky Hub, south of SCSU Hallenbeck Hall) precedes the Husky Homecoming football game, and will feature a ‘Root Beer Bust’ and the new signature ‘Blazer brats’ (‘Johnnie’ brats) from St. Joseph meats. An informal family-friendly social gathering for meeting new and old friends, so come when you can | leave when you must.
Afternoon Options (make your own fun) could include the Husky Homecoming football game or Blazers’ soccer game, a stroll through Munsinger Gardens, a trip to the new St. Cloud Great River Regional Library, viewing the exquisite St. John’s Bible, or watching the various heavy construction endeavors on Fifth Avenue Live and Division Street. Campus Prayer Walks (Begins 2 pm CSB Haehn Campus Center; and 4 pm SCSU Administrative Services Building) are a conversational way to see changes and renovations on the campus, hear about new developments, and engage in a interactive prayer for the students, faculty, staff and others that come seeking knowledge with the hopes they find the Way, the Truth, and Life (John 14:6). Preview maps the campuses here: St Cloud State, St Ben’s, and St John’s.
Alumni Dinner Clusters are hosted by alumni or staff to gather eras of classmates and faculty at favorite local eating establishments or homes for good food and conversation around town. Hosts and locations announced as information becomes available, so check back often! Interested in hosting? Post your name(s) and location below or email campus staff Kirsten.
